• Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

• You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days after processing. Please note that delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed, as carrier delays may occur.

Wrong Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as "undeliverable," the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Jen's Treasure Chest Boutique is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend monitoring your tracking number closely to ensure you are available to receive your package.
